Engaging Syrona - The Process

Syrona offers personalised and effective treatment for a range of mental health, wellbeing, and addiction issues. Delivered by expert clinical teams, these treatments are available globally in the comfort of your own home.

The Process

Syrona is built around a core, multi-disciplinary team with vast experience in managing curated services for our private clients. These teams comprise Syrona clinicians alongside trusted and preferred clinical partners who share our values and operate to our exacting standards, providing additional support in specific areas of need.

Individual preferences vary considerably between clients, including preferred location, team composition, and timing.

The process begins with a free consultation with our enquiry and operations team. They will arrange an initial pre-screening assessment to fully understand the nature of the situation. This will then be explored with the clinical team to identify potential treatment options.

If suitable, a formal initial treatment plan and engagement contract will be presented, outlining associated costs and timelines for your consideration, and that of any designated representatives. Once signed, returned, and the corresponding funds transferred, the treatment plan will be implemented under the supervision of Syrona’s case manager.

The case manager is available to you and designated others within your chosen circle 24/7 throughout the treatment episode.

During phase one of the programme, you may undergo a range of additional assessments, including medical, psychological, physical, and nutritional evaluations. These will be reviewed by the senior clinical team to refine the diagnosis, identify relevant individual factors, formulate an updated treatment plan, and agree upon the team composition. The case manager will meet with you and designated others regularly to review treatment progress and address any emerging questions.

The Programme

Programme content and length depend on the type and severity of the condition. This information is communicated to the client as soon as practicable. However, the programme is not rigid. As the client progresses or encounters challenges, the content is adjusted accordingly.

It is important to understand that mental health, wellbeing, and addiction treatment are not quick fixes. Medically assisted detoxes must follow clinically accredited protocols. That being said, treatment milestones are set and reviewed regularly to ensure accountability for all parties involved.

It’s worth noting that the programme’s benefits extend beyond the individual receiving treatment. Addiction, mental health, and wellbeing conditions can be likened to dropping a stone in a pond, causing ripples that affect many others. Recognising this, Syrona also offers a range of support packages for family members and significant others as part of its programme.
